Opening in early 2024, Rocky Waters Motor Inn is a charming, historic property perched on the bank of Little Pigeon River in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Ashley Ewing Parrott was engaged in late 2020 to assist ownership in reimagining the well-loved and worn exterior corridor property. With a goal of honoring the heritage of Rocky Waters while introducing a new level of modern mountain luxury, they set out to create a property unlike anything Gatlinburg had seen. Utilizing the full suite of development services offered by AEP, Rocky Waters has transformed into a highly-anticipated destination for luxury travel in the heart of the Smokey Mountains.
